Music as part of Australian conductor Daniel Smith's project to create stronger bonds between Italy and Australia.


The concert Kalkadungu for voice, electric guitar, didgeridoo and orchestra by William Barton and Matthew Hindson conducted by Sydney born Daniel Smith has been triumphantly performed at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence. The concert is part of an ambitious project by the Australian Embassy in Rome and maestro Smith to use music to encourage stronger cultural and commercial relations between the two countries.
