Zuckerberg 'open' to testifying before Congress over Cambridge Analytica scandal

"This was a major breach of trust and I'm really sorry that this happened", Zuckerberg said in his first TV interview since it was revealed that British firm Cambridge Analytica harvested Facebook user data linked to President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.
