Australia's Olympic campaign has suffered several setbacks after the withdrawal of two of its star athletes. Australian tennis star Alex De Minaur and basketballer Liz Cambage will both miss the Tokyo Olympics over health concerns.

It's a fear many Olympic athletes must be facing - getting sick with Covid-19.

And World number 17 men's tennis player Alex de Minaur is the first member of the Australian Team to test positive for coronavirus.

And in more bad news, Australian women's basketballer Liz Cambage has quit the team over mental health concerns.

The star Opals player announced the news on Twitter saying -

"I've been really worried about heading into a 'bubble' Olympics.  No family,  no friends,  no fans.  No support system outside of my team. It's honestly terrifying for me... I need to take care of myself mentally and physically. It breaks my heart to announce I'm withdrawing from the Olympics."
