The Great East Japan Earthquake occurred in 2011. Akiko Stockton, Miyuki Pountney and Harumi Mashiko were living in Perth when the disaster struck. We spoke to the three Fukushima natives about the situation at the time, the support activities be their group, the Fukushima Society in Perth, and their thoughts now, fifteen years on.
