Perth-based Kaoru Nosaka is not from Fukushima but had connections with the prefecture even before the Great East Japan Earthquake struck in 2011, through lectures she gave at the Fukushima University. We spoke with her about her experiences interviewing disaster victims as a researcher and about her activities as Vice President of the Fukushima Society in Perth.
