Bringing Okinawa and Australia closer together – Keiko Higa

Keiko Higa, a goodwill ambassador for Okinawa Prefecture, visits Sydney every 2-3 months to promote Okinawa in Australia and to become the bridge between them. As a cooking specialist for Okinawan local dishes, Keiko recently held a cooking workshop in Sydney. She tells how the workshop went and explains to us her duties as an Okinawan goodwill ambassador and what she'd like to achieve in the future.
