Mitsuru Katada is a business development manager at a staffing and recruiting company in Australia, as well as being a member of its senior leadership team. Despite his current career, he had a career setback when he came to Australia due to a lack of English proficiency.
Mr.Katada speaks about how he developed his career, as well as the Australia-Japan Society of Victoria (AJSV), a non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening business, government, educational and cultural links between Victoria and Japan, where he volunteers as vice president.
