Dr Yasuko Claremont, who taught Japanese language and literature at the University of Sydney. This November, she is leading the organising team for a week-long series of events at the University of Sydney commemorating 80 years since the end of the war, featuring Noh theatre performances, a symposium, readings, and workshops.
