Australians have been busy shopping up a storm with more than $50 billion in online sales made last year.


The CEO of the Australian Retailers Association, Paul Zahra, says it's one of the strongest online shopping growths the nation's recorded.

But the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is reminding consumers that while their shopping habits may have changed, their customer rights have not.

Mr Zahra is one of many experts predicting the online shopping revolution is here to stay, even as life takes a more COVID-normal turn.
