Hungry Panda food delivery riders take legal action, demanding better pay and working conditions

A food delivery rider has filed a claim to the Fair Work Commission against employer Hungry Panda over worsening pay and dangerously short delivery deadlines.

It follows the outcome of a landmark worker's compensation case that awarded the family of a Hungry Panda rider who was killed on the job in 2020.
