A top Japanese harpist, Yuko Tomonaga has performed extensively in different parts of the world. She is currently based in Melbourne and has recently played for an Opera Victoria production.
Yuko Tomonaga has played the harp since she was at primary school in her home town, Nagasaki. Since then, Yuko travelled to Fukuoka and Tokyo every 2 weeks to see harp teachers until she enrolled at the prestigious highschool for music.
"I was already on route to become a professional harpist by the time I realised," said Yuko.
She shares her love of harp and what she aims to achieve in Australia.
