Coffee specialist Mr. Masahiko Fumimoto

Mr. Fumihiko fell in love with the mesmorising aroma of the espresso brewed with lightly roasted beans, a popular style of coffee here in Australia. Now running multiple stores in his hometown Osaka, his cafe is known for Australian style coffe, as well as "Omakase" style cafe, where customers enjoy coffee paired with food, just like wine and food pairing.
