Sydney Cheerleading Springs is no stranger to winning national championships in Australia. How the members of its tournament selected team handle the pressure and hard training? Let's ask the coach and the team members.

In the audio, the Manager and coach Ms Rika Nomoto talks about what she holds close to her heart when she is coaching her students.

Members of Springs' tournament team answered some questions as well. Ms Mimika Kocer, Ms Haruka Kocer, Ms Miyu Player, Ms Mona Takayama, and Nina Wellings attended the interview recording.

A tournament team member Ms Yui Endo had to miss the recording due to her injury but she successfully rejoined the team and will compete together at the national tournament this month.
