Fumie Takino is 86 years old and an active member of a seniors cheerleading team Japan Pom Pom in Japan. In 1996, Fumie started Japan Pom Pom in Japan, where the average age of the members is over 70 years old, and she is the eldest member.

Fumie thinks that many people in Japan care too much about how people see you and what they say to you. And especially for senior people, that is the biggest factor which prevents seniors from doing what they want to do.
