On 31 May 1942, three Japanese midget submarines enter the Sydney Harbour and carried out the surprise attack in which six Japanese submariners and twenty one Australian Naval personnel lost their lives. To commemorate the 75th anniversary, Mosman Art Gallery has commissioned an exhibition of the art projects by both Australian and Japanese contemporary artists who were inspired by this incident. Shingo Usami interviews two artists, Miku Sato and Michelle Belgiorno about their projects. Aired on 23 May 2017.
