February 13 is World Radio Day. Japan-based radio enthusiast Akio Uemura has a passion for tuning in to broadcasts from around the world, including SBS Japanese. He is one of about 500 members of the Japan Shortwave Club, a group of enthusiasts who share an interest in listening to international broadcasts.
