Saikyo-yaki, Rockling (FS 12)

Saikyo-yaki is Kyoto-style grilled fish. We are using Rockling fillets in this recipe.


袋の中で漬けるだけ!Rocklingの西京焼き
 
材料
Rockling 4切れ
西京味噌もしくは白みそ 大さじ4
みりん/酒 各大さじ1
塩 少々

作り方

1.切ったRocklingに塩をふりかけ、10分おき、キッチンペーパーでふく

2.袋に、調味料すべて入れ、魚をいれて、少し揉む

3.冷蔵庫で6時間ほど寝かす

4.オーブン、フライパンで焼いて出来上がり

*焦げやすいので、ベーキングシートをひくといい

 温かいごはんにも合う!おつまみにも最高!
