SBS embarks on a review of its multilingual services

SBS has embarked on a review of its multilingual services as the broadcaster looks towards the celebration of its 50th birthday. The review will use the results of this year's Census to determine the make-up and content of its language programming for the next five years.

SBS has launched a six-week public consultation period to get feedback on what selection criteria should be used in the make-up of SBS language services.

The consultation period starts today (TUES 5 OCT) and will last until the 12th of November.
