Have you ever heard of the word "VTuber"?
It's another culture of Anime Giant Japan - virtual YouTubers.  Counting over 10,000 characters on YouTube, CHOEKI-TARO differs his identity as an ex-YAKUZA (Japanese gangster) member, the 3 time jailed inmate, a telephone counsellor, an author, a singer, and much more to come.

Delivering his YouTube channel during his visitor meeting time permitted from the virtual jail, he shares his views on the news, the politics, the social problems, the culture, etc.  His insights and experiences gained within the crime scenes and in jail amuse and entertain many of YouTube fans.

CHOEKI-TARO laments that nothing good had happened in his entire life, up until his YouTube debut. Now in his 50's, his activities as a virtual YouTuber enabled him to be noted by the Japanese celebrities and media. His very first book recorded on the top of the sales list  of Amazon Japan even before its cover photo was presented and even at the pre-sale period.

His humble 2 year career as a virtual YouTuber made thousands and millions of young and old Japanese fans more educated and happier.  His popularity on YouTube skyrockets with his great sense of humour and love to the outside world where we live.
