After a near-fatal car accident in 2009, Japanese didgeridoo master GOMA suffered severe memory loss due to traumatic cerebral damage. His journey and determination to recover and resume his performances have inspired many of us. He's coming back to Australia to participate in a cultural event organised by The Japan Foundation in Sydney on 23 February. The first half of this 2-part interview starts with his first encounter with didgeridoo. Aired on 16 February 2017.
