Shingo Misawa, a renowned actor in Japan, has been playing the late Mr. Chiune Sugihara who issued visas for Jewish refugees during WWII in a monodrama titled 'The Decision: Visa of Life' for about 10 years. Shingo who was cast in the 2001 ABC miniseries 'Changi' and he came up with the idea of playing Mr. Sugihara while strolling around the Sydney Opera House. Shingo shares how this idea became his lifework and explains what drives him to keep going.
