Time, Light, Japan – Japanese Art 1990s to Now – Art Gallery of NSW

Art Gallery of NSW (AGNSW) is holding an exhibition titled 'Time, Light, Japan' until the end of April. It showcases Japanese modern arts including newly acquired pieces. Hiromi Kamokasu, one of the community ambassadors of AGNSW, explains how deeply the Japanese traditional sense of beauty remains in contemporary works and how interesting it would be for Japanese people in Australia to rediscover the particular sense of beauty through those artworks.
