Former chef Yuki Terasaka and his partner Yuka Yamamura moved from Sydney to Noosa in Queensland to start their own business called FermenStation.
Yuki and Yuka were fascinated by the power of Japanese traditional miso paste and decided to make one in Australia.
After they settled in a rural property in Noosa, they experienced their first floods. However the recent floods in February was much bigger that the previous one.
In the audio, Yuki and Yuka explain what happened to us and share what they learnt from surviving the recent floods.
