Speaking to a number of international and Middle Eastern leaders over the phone, President Trump informed world leaders about his intention of moving the US embassy to the city claimed both by Israelis and Palestinians.
Despite warnings from Arab leaders that the move will have dangerous repercussions, White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said Mr Trump was "pretty solid" in his thinking . She also said that "...ultimately he'll make what he feels is the best decision for the United States."
