Australia hits out at EU carbon border tax plan

Australia has hit out at the European Union's plans to impose a carbon border tax on countries that aren't doing enough to tackle climate change. The EU has unveiled an ambitious raft of proposals to cut emissions by 55 per cent by the end of the decade.
