Exploring the history of Kurdish cinema

Cinema Beyond Borders is a 56-minute documentary made in the diaspora. The film investigates the life and work of Kurdish film directors who work under various pressures and difficulties to highlight the social and political problems they face. We spoke to the director of the documentary Tania Raouf who is based in Melbourne.
