Kobani isolated as water, power, and internet remain down

Mr Umar Menla Yusef, a pharmacist residing in Kobani, shared the latest updates with us via WhatsApp, as the internet outage in the city prevented us from conducting live interviews and contacting local journalists. We asked him about the latest developments in the humanitarian situation and the reasons for the ongoing shortages of water, electricity, and internet access.
