Kurds in Australian and around the world rally this week to support Kurds in North Eastern Syria and against the Turkish military incursion. We speak with Ismet Tastan member of the Federation of Democratic Kurdish Society-Australia, one of the organisers of the Sydney protest, about the aim of these protest.
Rallies also took place in Melbourne.

On the Gold Coast, Queensland, the protest started peacefully, later turned violent and police used pepper spray.
