Tourism groups worried as Queensland continues to exclude Sydney and Victoria

Queensland has opened its border to residents of regional New South Wales from November 3rd, but excluded greater Sydney and Victoria. Tourism groups say they'd hoped for better news - and are now worried local operators won't recover.
