What changes have taken place after 31 years since the uprising

The Kurdistan Regional Economic Council met on March 5, headed by the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani. During the meeting they discussed reorganising taxes and fees in ministries and government departments as well as all independent administrations.
