Private sector in Laos is assisting poor people ease their suffering from the snap cold weather in Laos.The cold was severe. Laos was hit by a bad snap cold. It was so cold that fish in some fish farms died in tons. Lao is increasing parking fines in order to bring orders in the streets. Japan is assisting three provinces of Laos including Vientiane capital to dispose rubbish by donating some equipment, trucks, etc… Two men, father in law and son in law somehow were caught trafficking a large quantity of Yabe in Muang Sangthong located just a few kilometers north of Vientiane.
