Macedonia will be represented by duo EYE CUE performing 'Lost and Found' at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.
The band consists of guitar player and vocalist Bojan Trajkovski and lead vocalist Marija Ivanovska. Depending on what project they are working on the size of the band is flexible, but their most frequent collaborator is drummer Ivo Mitkovski.
They have released two albums and had numerous hits in Macedonia as well as more widely, including three number one hits on MTV ADRIA.
The music and lyrics for the song were written by guitarist and vocalist Bojan Trajkovski and arranged by Darko Dimitrov.
The video clip is shot in one frame and is the work of Jovan Kutuzovski.
In describing the song for MRT, Bojan says:

'It's is a song about deep and unconditional love where one can dive deeper into the world of the unknown and experience the magic of true and powerful love. I hope Eurovision viewers will enjoy the cheerful melody and the charming vocals of Marija.'
Marija adds:
'When I first heard the song Bojan was playing it on the piano and I instantly liked it, I felt an emotion right away. It took only 20 seconds to fall in love with this melody, I hope the audience will react the same way as I did. I am really excited that I will perform this song on the Eurovision stage and will have a chance to share my emotions with everyone'.
Macedonia's national broadcaster MRT selected 'Lost and Found' internally out of 382 songs received and the panel that selected the duo and the song, says:

'The selected composition has a contemporary sound, impressive refrain and lyrics, excellent and original vocal abilities of the performer, which certainly offers the opportunity for a quality Eurovision package and a worthy presentation of MRT and Macedonia at this prestigious music event organized by EBU'.
