100 thousand strong crowd gathers in Skopje against push for new government

Johannes Hahn, EU's Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement negotiations, accompanied by MEPs on his visit to Macedonia, held a series of talks with leaders of political parties stating they must respect the outcome of the December 11 elections and facilitate the formation of a new government. In Skopje, thousands of protesters rallying against the formation of a new opposition-led coalition government for a third consecutive week, used Hahn's visit as an opportunity to express their discontent.
