It was 1948. Ilo Mosev was just 14. He remembers the mass Exodus of Macedonian Refugee Children, his eight years spent in Czechoslovakia to escape the Civil War in Greece, and his eventual family reunion in Australia with a father who had migrated to Australia in the mid 30's. A story of hardship, separation and inner turmoil that befell around 30,000 children, whom the Red Cross dispersed across the Eastern block countries between 1948-49.
