Bill seeks 'life-changing' audio-description on TV for vision-impaired Australians

There are growing calls to make television more accessible to blind and vision-impaired Australians. A number of advocacy groups have given their support to a Senate bill that would make it mandatory for free-to-air channels to provide audio description on some of their content.
