Bulgaria charged after racist fan behavior at England match

European football's governing body ((UEFA)) has charged the Bulgarian national federation over racist chanting directed at England players at a European championship qualifier match on Monday. Fans made Nazi salutes and directed monkey noises at the black players on England's national team.
