A family spokesperson for a Perth couple who have been abducted in West Africa, say they dedicated their lives to helping people in the region. Dr Ken Elliot and his wife Jocelyn Elliott are believed to have been abducted in the north of Burkina Faso following a deadly attack on the capital last week.
