Bushfires destroy homes in two states

Authorities believe a bushfire that's devastated a community in Northern New South Wales overnight, could have been deliberately lit. Up to 30 homes were destroyed in Rappville, south of Casino. Residents are on high alert as the blaze has merged with an ongoing fire near Tenterfield.
