The National Cabinet is under pressure to finalise guidelines for rental negotiations between tenants and landlords affected by the COVID-19 crisis. While a moratorium on evictions has been announced, social welfare groups say financially-stretched renters need more than just handshake agreements to get by. And, they also want help for landlords as well.
