Feasts were always big at Katerina Nitsou's home in Toronto, Canada and with both her parents' families migrating from villages in Aegean Macedonia way back in the 1920's, it's safe to say, she grew up surrounded by a strong food culture. She dedicates her new cook book- Macedonia Recipes from the Balkans to the wonderfully wholesome and tasty Macedonian food she grew up with.
