Coronavirus global risk level raised but not an emergency yet

NSW Health confirms a fourth case of coronavirus in Sydney, a 21 year old woman which brings the number of confirmed cases in Australia to 5. At least 100 Australian children are currently in Wuhan in China where the virus originated - in lockdown as the country fears an epidemic.
