Court decides Assange won't be extradited to US

Julian Assange could be released from jail as soon as tomorrow ((Wednesday)) - if his application for bail is successful - after winning his fight against extradition to the United States. A British judge rejected nearly all of the Wikileaks founder’s arguments, but refused the US request, because of concern over the Australian’s mental condition… and the ‘high risk’ he would commit suicide.
