Europe moves to punish Hungary for 'breaching core values'

The European Parliament has passed a landmark motion to punish Hungary for allegedly breaching the Europe Union's core values. Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orban has called the vote a form of blackmail and is promising not to soften his government's anti-immigration position.
