The first ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to Greece, after the independence of the Yugoslav Federation, Ljupco Arsovski held the post from 1996 to 2002


By signing the Memorandum on practical measures on October 13, 1955, the Macedonian-Greek border was passed by issuing visas on the spot, the trade started, the port of Thessaloniki was opened, Fershped's office in Thessaloniki was resumed its work, says Mr Arsovski He talks about the diplomacy then and now, the development of the events, the recent Agreement between Macedonia and Bulgaria on good neighbourly relations
