National Gallery of Australia director, Nick Mitzevich, the man who is entrusted to manage and protect an art collection worth around $6 billion is proud of his rural farming family background. "My Macedonian baba (grandmother) taught me how to cook and how to grow vegetables, and I still love doing that", says Nick.
