G7 foreign ministers rebuke China, Russia

G7 foreign ministers have delivered a strong rebuke against global powers China and Russia at the end of the grouping's first in-person meeting in two years. The meeting in London was also hit with a COVID scare on the final day after two Indian delegates tested positive for coronavirus.
