Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison has called for respectful debate without violent remarks towards politicians who are developing pandemic laws to protect the public from COVID-19. While leaders are easing some health rules in Victoria, the threat of coronavirus is not yet over in the Northern Territory, despite recording no new COVID-19 cases on Thursday.
