Inquiry into Ruby Princess says health response was 'inexplicable'

It was billed one of Australia's worst coronavirus disasters, connected to dozens of deaths and hundreds of infections. A special commission of inquiry into the Ruby Princess cruise ship identified a number of mistakes in the handling of the health response, describing them as "serious" and "inexplicable".
