Insurer admits to bullying and intimidation

One of Australia's leading life insurance companies has admitted to bullying and intimidating one of its customers at the Banking Royal Commission. TAL Life Insurance has conceded it acted inappropriately in a bid to avoid paying out an insurance claim. The Commission heard there were also other cases of malpractice.
