If 8th of March, the International Women's Day, is celebrated one day in the year, then the remaining 364 for our interlocutors are reserved for love, respect, understanding and support.

Did you know that the women in Switzerland gained their right to vote nationally in 1971, and locally in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden only in 1991, while in Sierra Leone, one of the countries in the western part of the African continent, women had the right to vote at the elections in 1792?

In 1945, women were given the right to vote in all the federal Republics of then-Yugoslavia, including Macedonia. Since then, it has been celebrated in restaurants, with flowers and gifts.

Today we briefly parted from this type of celebration of the day and talked with Josipa from London, Emilia from Wollongong, Helena from New Zealand, Natasha from Libya, Dragana from Sweden, Katerina from Dubai and Katerina from Skopje, who told us what Love in everyday life means for them.
